Fri
6pm - 7pm

Sat
9am - 11am

Here, we provide a safe, fun, and challenging way for kids to gain confidence while learning how to defend themselves. The focus of these classes is preparing the students to handle difficult and threatening situations in an appropriate manner. They will have fun with games, instructor-led opportunities to spar (those who wish to), and drilling techniques. Self-control, discipline, and respect are emphasized in all activities.

Mixed Martial Arts (Boxing, wrestling, and no-gi Jiu-Jitsu)

Tue, Thurs
6pm - 9pm

Wed, Sat
11am - 1pm

Here we incorporate multiple disciplines so you can be prepared no matter where the fight goes! On Tuesday and Thursday night you will find wrestling from 6pm-7pm, Boxing/Striking 7pm-8pm, and no-gi Jiu-Jitsu from 8pm-9pm. We encourage you to participate in all three sections, but you are not required to attend all three hours. Day classes vary by instructor preference.

Scheduled on an individual basis (On membership info page)

This is a customized, individual experience that provides you with private or semi-private instruction. These lessons are a great supplement to traditional classes and are perfect for those who cannot attend regular classes. Gi Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense lessons are all taught by a Royce Gracie Black Belt.
